The FUSE ROC Centre Manchester

The FUSE ROC Centre Manchester is a state of the art facility, constructed in 2011, with the aim of being a sports and performing arts centre. The building cost £5 million to build and you can definitely justify that amount due to the extensive high quality facilities. The primary goal of The Fuse is to act as a community centre for the people of Trafford, however it is also utilised by individuals, schools and businesses.

This is a developing venue that has massive potential to grow even larger in the eye of the local community.

The Venue

As a venue for events, parties and functions this is up there with the best in the area. It has a large foyer area that can be used for social events, towards the back of this space there is a meeting room, the walls between the meeting room and the foyer area can be easily folded away to make a much bigger open space for people to enjoy. Around the site there are various function rooms that can be used for parties and events, the staff on site will pick the one that best suites your needs and preferences.

As well as the many function rooms and social spaces there is also a fully equipped kitchen on site. The FUSE can provide in house catering for events, parties and conferences however this needs to be booked and ordered prior to the day of the event. You are also welcome to bring your own food if that is what you prefer!

Facilities & Activities

There are many facilities on offer at The FUSE ROC Centre Manchester. The first one being the out door 3G pitch, perfect for many activities as it is fully enclosed. There is lots of 5 a side football played here during the week. It would also be a very good venue for bubble football. Along with the Outdoor 3G pitch The FUSE contains a small sports hall, that can be used for badminton, netball and basket ball.

Along with these sporting facilities there is also an auditorium on site. The auditorium is a versatile event space for up to 300 people. Perfect for live music, drama, award dinners, conferences, and exhibitions. The FUSE have even held live boxing events in this space! The 6m x 12m stage includes rigging facilities, lighting, line-array PA system, HD projection on a 12m screen and backstage facilities.

Due to the state of the art facilities at The FUSE ROC Centre Manchester it has managed to build itself quite a high profile, with ITV & BBC using the site to film various TV programmes, most commonly children’s TV. People such as Fern Cotton have filmed at this high quality venue!

You can find The FUSE ROC Centre Manchester on Warburton Lane (A6144) in Partington. It is a very accessible centre with ample room for parking. It contains many high quality, well kept, changing rooms with all the necessary facilities available. The fuse is open all week for booking and venue hire, so whatever day you wish to host an event can be secured.
